Join us to celebrate World Tourism Day in Tatranská Lomnica and experience a day filled with movement, games, and fun for the whole family.

⛰️ SPORT MORNING WITH THE TATRA MOUNTAINS AS MEDICINE

Start your day with movement right in the Tatras. Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you can try out and exercise:

9:30 – 10:30 Nordic Walking – Mirka Juhasová
10:30 – 11:30 Conditioning Exercises – Dominik Glevaňák, Efectfit Poprad.
11:30 – 12:30 Yoga – Eva Jurčová, Harmony studio

Exercises are suitable for all age groups and equipment will be available.

Everyone who participates in the exercises can enter a raffle for gift items from the High Tatras Region.
