Friends of Asia is an acoustic music duo consisting of singer Asia Andersen and guitarist Stanislav Počaji. The project brings an intimate concert format that blends jazz, world music, and original songs, based on the sensitive communication of voice and fingerstyle guitar. The duo's music is built on space, dynamics, and natural contact with the audience. The concerts have the character of a “listening experience” – a quiet, focused musical meeting that works equally well in jazz clubs, chamber halls, and festivals.

The repertoire consists of original music (album House of Cards), original arrangements of famous songs, adaptations of folk songs, and jazz or soul standards in a minimalist acoustic rendition. A typical concert by Friends of Asia creates a flowing arc between improvisation, song form, and spontaneous interaction.

Since 2021, the duo has performed more than 150 concerts at home and abroad.

ASIA ANDERSEN – vocals A singer moving between jazz, blues, and soul. She studied jazz vocals in Vienna and is one of the prominent personalities of the young Slovak scene. Her performance combines spontaneity, strong emotionality, and natural storytelling.

STANISLAV POČAJI – guitar A jazz guitarist specializing in fingerstyle technique and acoustic sound. He connects jazz, gospel, and European improvisational traditions in his playing. He works as a soloist, bandleader of the Aftertee project, and has collaborated with several prominent Slovak musicians (Szidi Tobias, Romanika, Pavol Hammel, Dorota Nvotová).
