Join us for the fourth interactive discussion from the series JOURNEY TO SELF-DISCOVERY, which will focus on the theme of Couple vs. Loneliness

We are in a relationship… and yet we feel alone. Or we are alone… and cannot find peace in that.

We will talk about what is often not spoken out loud: – why couple loneliness arises, – why some of us have such a hard time enduring the single period, – how our nervous system functions in relationships, – why we sometimes long for closeness… and at the same time fear it.

And most importantly: – what it means to return to ourselves and stop getting lost in relationships.

This is not a lecture on how to have a "perfect relationship." It is a space for understanding what is happening within us.

BIBIÁNA KRÁTKA, an expert in social-psychological counseling, supervision, mediation, and adult education, will guide us with her words. JÁN SVETLAN MAJERČÍK, a great singer-songwriter, composer, and musician, will express himself through songs.
