Night of Museums and Galleries / Castle and Summerhouse in Markušovce

Night of Museums and Galleries 2026 will again open the doors of museums and galleries at an unusual time and bring visitors unique experiences full of discovery, history, and fun. This year, the Spiš Museum is also participating in the event along with its exhibitions in Spišská Nová Ves and Markušovce.

In Markušovce, there will be guided tours of the exhibitions throughout the day, enriched by the discovery of the castle's secret corners. The program will be complemented by audio and video presentations that will introduce visitors to unique collection items from a new perspective. During the Night of Museums and Galleries, the entrance fee to the Castle, Zuzana's Manor, and the Dardanelles summerhouse will be discounted to €5 for adults and €3 for children, students, and seniors. Additionally, the ticket will also be valid for the Spiš Museum / Provincial House in SNV.
